2025 Juried Exhibition Application Guidelines
Eligibility:
• Open to artists working in any medium, including but not limited to painting, sculpture, photography, textile, installation, mixed media, and digital art.
• All artists 18+ are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
• Submissions must strongly incorporate or be conceptually driven by the designated color for that exhibition.
• Each artist may submit up to 3 works per exhibition.
• Work must be original and completed within the last five years.
• Artwork must be available for the duration of the exhibition if selected.
Accepted Mediums & Presentation:
• 2D and 3D works are accepted.
• Framed or mounted works must be exhibition-ready with secure hanging hardware.
• Sculptural or installation-based work must include detailed installation instructions.
• Digital and new media submissions must include any required hardware.
Submission Process & Fees:
• All submissions will be handled through an online form (hosted on Wix).
• Artists must provide:
• Name & contact information
• Artist bio (max 250 words)
• Artwork title, medium, dimensions, and year created
• A brief statement (max 150 words) on how the work relates to the theme
• High-resolution images (JPG/PNG, max file size: 10MB)
• Submission Fee:
• $25 for the first piece
• $10 for each additional piece (up to 3 total)
Jury Process & Selection Criteria:
• A panel of jurors will review submissions based on:
• Conceptual alignment with the theme
• Artistic originality and execution
• Technical skill and presentation
• Innovation in the use of color
• Accepted artists will be notified within two weeks of the submission deadline.
Exhibition Details & Responsibilities:
• Artwork Delivery: Artists must deliver their work by the designated date.
• Shipping: Artists are responsible for all shipping costs (both ways).
• Sales & Commission: A 40% commission will be retained on all sales during the
exhibition.
• Promotion: The exhibition will be promoted across digital platforms and local media.
